Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
All our orders are processed without delay and most in stock products are delivered within 7 working days. However, please allow up to 28 days for items out of stock. Once items have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal/shipping strikes, etc, or any other events that are beyond our control. If there is an expected lengthy delay on an item, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered the choice of proceeding with the order or cancelling it. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given.
All postal schedules exclude weekends, e.g. orders received on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (subject to availability). Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Our delivery charge for the UK inlcuding Northern Ireland is FREE. Orders for other European countries are subject to a delivery charge of £11.99 and for the rest of the world it is £19.99.
Returns
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items*, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
* Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your goods, simply return them to us within the following timescales:
- Within 7 days when requesting a refund
- Within 14 days when requesting an exchange
Please carefully check our size guide before ordering and double-check that you have ordered the correct size.
In certain circumstances (e.g. when an item is purchased as a gift in advance of Valentines, Christmas, birthdays, etc.), Avec L'amour may agree to waive these conditions, but this will be done solely at our discretion. In the case of an exchange, gift boxes need not be returned, but customers should take all reasonable steps to protect returning items whilst in transit. In the event of a refund, please return the item(s) and gift box using a suitable protective packaging (e.g. bubble wrap).
Please note, once an item has been dispatched to a customer, Avec L'amour cannot refund postal costs or the cost of returning an item.
